GroupNexus developed an innovative ANPR-based solution where customers validated their parking using a receipt or voucher at a kiosk. This system was supported by clear multilingual signage and communication. The implementation was highly successful, freeing up over 3,000 spaces per week for customers and earning GroupNexus an industry innovation award. The solution was subsequently rolled out across the Tesco estate.
