Water Harmony Global Initiative - Customer Case Study

Water Harmony Global Initiative (WHGI), represented by Dr Zakhar Maletskyi, runs global webinars and digital facilitation with participants from researchers, government officials and not-for-profits. Their key challenge was driving meaningful interaction online—overcoming lack of visual cues, engagement and connection—so they sought a simple, process-driven visual tool and turned to GroupMap’s online facilitation platform, using templates like the risk assessment map and the Survey tool to guide brainstorming, rating and idea sharing.

GroupMap was used to run interactive sessions (including a 90-minute webinar with 251 participants) where attendees brainstormed, voted on five key risks and ranked risk severity, producing organized results, real-time action items and downloadable reports. The GroupMap platform increased engagement, handled large volumes of input without overwhelming screens, improved facilitation effectiveness and delivered time and cost savings by streamlining data collection and analysis for WHGI.
