The Autonomous University of Barcelona’s Research Park in Barcelona needed a tool to support research collaboration, including task management and time tracking, while also requiring local training and support. The team wanted a solution that could fit its workflows and make it easier to manage multi-partner projects with external organizations, and they chose GroupCamp.

GroupCamp, with support from local partner Cloudspartner, implemented the platform, integrated UAB’s requirements and processes, and delivered administrator and end-user training. GroupCamp also helped define project templates for recurring research projects, improving speed and consistency; the university valued GroupCamp’s Spanish interface, multi-device access, and high-level reporting for active project management.
