TDC Group, Denmark’s leading communications and entertainment provider with more than 8,000 employees, wanted to better define and communicate its “reason for being” so it could align marketing, CSR, communications, and HR under one clear umbrella. To do this, it worked with Caliber on clarifying its brand purpose and strengthening its overall story.
Caliber reviewed stakeholder insights, interviewed key teams, and worked with senior management to distill the findings into a clear, compelling, and differentiated Brand Purpose. The resulting purpose, “Bringing people closer together,” was adopted in early 2016 and helped TDC Group re-engage employees, support cultural transformation, and communicate a more consistent story across the business.
