Demant, the world-leading hearing healthcare group behind brands like Oticon, needed a more coherent and proactive corporate profile to connect its subsidiaries, shared services, and operations. To support this transformation, Demant worked with Caliber for strategic advice and stakeholder insights, focusing on brand strategy, brand architecture, naming, and visual identity.

Caliber guided the company through a 10-month process that led to the renaming of William Demant Holding to Demant and the launch of a new brand strategy, architecture, and visual identity in February 2019. The work helped create a stronger corporate platform to build internal pride, lead the sector, and support the company’s global mission, with more than 14,000 employees across 30 countries.
