Leading Australian Bank, formed from the merger of two major Australian banks, needed urgent help achieving PCI compliance and protecting millions of customers’ personally identifiable information and payment card data. The bank turned to Ground Labs and its Enterprise Recon software to find where sensitive data was stored across its growing, merged environment.

Using Ground Labs’ Enterprise Recon Pro, the bank scanned structured and unstructured sources such as files, databases, emails, cloud, and big data to identify credit card numbers and PII, then route issues to the appropriate owners for remediation.
