Nominow, a Dutch data management firm, helps brands centralize customer data to improve campaign performance and streamline operations. Their challenge was that valuable data lived across ticketing, CRM, website, and marketing systems, making insights hard to access and typically requiring days of work by data analysts — Nominow couldn’t let customers simply “talk to their data” until partnering with Groq and adopting Groq LPU AI inference technology.

Working with Groq, Nominow launched NominowAI, a natural-language interface that sends queries via API to Groq, receives SQL responses, and returns instant answers from the centralized repository — turning analyses that once took days into real-time responses. Groq’s ultra-low-latency inference platform enabled conversational workflows, higher user adoption, and faster, data-driven decision making for clients across venues, retail, and transportation.
