A Groove Jones Case Study

Baylor Scott and White Health boosts AR engagement to over 2 minutes with Groove Jones

Baylor Scott and White Health partnered with Groove Jones to create an innovative augmented reality (AR) experience to promote its "Goals Start Here" campaign. The challenge was to bring the campaign's motivational concept to life in an engaging way that would resonate with fans and inspire them on their personal health journeys.

Groove Jones developed a social AR filter featuring a digital double of Dallas Stars goalie Jake Oettinger, called the Motivotter. This animated character could be placed in users' environments to celebrate their achievements. The solution, available on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, was a major success. Groove Jones's AR experience achieved over 70 million impressions with an average engagement time of over two minutes and won multiple awards for its creative execution.
