4-H, a national youth development organization, asked Groove Jones to help create a STEM experience to teach students and adult learners the fundamental building blocks of data. Their challenge was to make the abstract concept of data, from bits to gigabytes, understandable and engaging for a broad audience.

Groove Jones developed a WebAR solution to visualize data units in an interactive, three-dimensional way. This approach allowed users to see how bits form bytes and how these units scale up to kilobytes, megabytes, and gigabytes. The vendor's use of WebAR ensured the experience was easily accessible on any smartphone without a dedicated app, promoting widespread use and the ability to share the educational experience socially.
