Pinterest, the visual discovery platform serving 300+ million people, needed wellbeing benefits that could be deployed globally and flex to local norms as its workforce expanded. To democratize access beyond onsite resources and support its Beingwell program, Pinterest selected Grokker as a self-directed, on-demand wellbeing solution.

Grokker provided a multi-device library of video content across nutrition, fitness, mental health, sleep, and financial wellness and supplemented that with live expert sessions (including speaker Jaime McFaden). The Grokker partnership increased employee engagement—Pinterest reported a rise in Grokker fitness video views during its physical-health quarter—and helped the company scale consistent, customizable wellbeing benefits across its international offices.
