Grokker implemented targeted wellness challenges timed for high-intensity work months—most notably a custom 21-day “soul-cation” featuring short meditation and relaxation videos—so employees could learn easy daily techniques for work and home. After 12 months using Grokker, SIG reports a culture shift with teachers applying techniques in class and strong measurable gains: 84% say Grokker fits their busy lives, 64% feel more focused and productive, 51% report less anxiety and 90% say SIG cares about their well-being.
