Capital One, a major financial institution, engaged Grio to help design a meaningful user experience for their Spark Business banking and finance solution for small businesses. The challenge was to create a great web and mobile banking experience by understanding small business owners' needs and to improve Capital One's own internal design process, which had become scattered and inconsistent.

Grio implemented a research-driven design approach, conducting user research and creating a style guide to develop the Spark Business web app and a new Android application.
