The customer, Airtame, offers solutions for wireless screen sharing and digital signage. Their challenge was to develop a Power over Ethernet (PoE) adapter accessory for their device, which would provide a stable, wired network connection without loading the WiFi. They tasked the vendor, GRINN, with the hardware development for this solution.

GRINN designed and developed the multi-functional PoE to USB adapter, which powers the Airtame device and provides a high-speed LAN connection. The solution also included the development of a production tester to ensure quality in mass manufacturing. As a result, the Airtame PoE Adapter provides customers with a stable, fixed connection that frees up WiFi traffic and offers greater setup flexibility, enhancing Airtame's product portfolio.
