Adina Eden, a fashion and fine-jewelry brand carried at Nordstrom, Macy’s, and Bloomingdale’s, needed to launch a creator gifting program quickly while CEO Mayer Mankhatchi was extremely time-constrained and preparing for paternity leave. The team moved from a disparate toolset to GRIN, leveraging GRIN U and the GRIN Community to get a fast, streamlined onboarding without a lengthy setup.

GRIN combined self-guided GRIN U tutorials with hands-on support from onboarding manager Amy, using an expedited onboarding track and daily check-ins to speed implementation.
