GridPoint implemented its intelligent energy management system (EMS) to provide real-time visibility and control over HVAC, lighting, and EV charging usage. As a result, New Jersey Auto Mall achieved more than 25% annual energy savings, reduced average monthly energy spend by over $28K, and cut annual energy spend by more than $345K, totaling $1.73M+ in spend reduction over the program term.
