Webcor Builders Brings Transparency to Warranty Operations and Maintenance

Webcor Builders, a California commercial builder founded in 1971 with projects like the Lucas Digital Arts Center and the SF MOMA expansion, manages a diverse portfolio of more than 2 million square feet across Northern and Southern California including museums, hotels, and a biotechnology campus. The company needed a transparent way to coordinate and resolve warranty and maintenance requests during commissioning, initial occupancy, and ongoing operations across building occupants and multiple third‑party service vendors.

They implemented Tikkit, a mobile‑ready work order collaboration platform with API integration to the corporate ERP, simple photo/file attachments, and automated email alerts.
