Gridium deployed Snapmeter and Billcast to automatically analyze 15‑minute interval and monthly bill data (no onsite hardware or BMS integration required), sending weekly alerts and variance reports to operations. The analytics pinpointed persistent weekday demand peaks and simultaneous heating/cooling; after the engineering team corrected the issues, Tustin Centre reduced daytime energy use by over 6% and achieved consistent monthly energy savings.
