Ohio University Campus Recreation, which serves more than 35,000 students and manages facilities like the Ping Center, Bird Ice Arena, aquatic center, golf and tennis courts, and a two-sided climbing wall, lacked a comprehensive maintenance program and relied on a patchwork of systems and sticky notes that made diagnosing and tracking issues slow and unreliable.
Tikkit provided a mobile-friendly work-order collaboration tool that lets facility users and maintenance staff communicate, attach photos/files, and receive alerts. Centralizing requests and tracking has organized the team’s work, sped up diagnosis and repairs, and improved access and upkeep across campus facilities.
