Gridium’s onsite support and platform helped Lincoln spot that nearly 80% of Dallas buildings were not running to lease schedules, enabling no-cost changes like schedule adjustments and staggered start times that reduced energy bills by more than the cost of the platform; Gridium also helped gather backfilled data from 11 utilities for 14 buildings to meet ESG requirements.
