Generate Teaching Hub, a teaching school hub supporting more than 300 schools across Halton, Warrington and Wigan, needed a better way to manage teacher, school, event, and programme data. Using multiple spreadsheets made their processes isolated and hard to analyze, with no easy way to see linked relationships between teachers, schools, and activities. They needed a secure, flexible system, and Gridfox proved to be the ideal spreadsheet replacement.

Gridfox helped Generate Teaching Hub build a centralized database with linked tables for Teachers, Schools, Activities, Events, and Programmes, along with custom views and report exports. This gave the team a single source of truth, better visibility into teacher progression and school engagement, and faster data sharing with stakeholders. The hub now supports over 700 teachers and is projected to support around 1,400 education professionals, with Gridfox enabling more confident decisions and more efficient operations.
