Creating an expansive platform to manage all company data

The Energy Network, an established energy consultancy working with 800 customers, needed a better way to manage large volumes of business-critical and financial data. After finding its existing CRM, bespoke screens, and spreadsheets too complicated or chaotic to use effectively, the company turned to Gridfox for a more accessible and flexible data management platform.

Using Gridfox, The Energy Network built a cloud-based system with linked tables for operations, finance, sites, contacts, supply points, deals, and more, plus filters and import/export capabilities. Gridfox helped them improve visibility, update data quickly, and manage workloads more efficiently; notably, a large set of sensitive Excel files for a car manufacturer was organised and re-imported in about 10 minutes.
