The company partnered with GridBeyond to intelligently manage and optimise its energy demand without any upfront capital expenditure or risk to its operational processes.

GridBeyond connected Imerys's mill motors to its AI-powered platform, Point, to access energy flexibility markets. This solution allowed Imerys to monetize over 1 megawatt of capacity by participating in National Grid frequency response and Capacity Market programmes, generating significant monthly revenue. The project also supported the company's sustainability targets by reducing its carbon footprint and optimizing equipment performance.
