Greycon's system was integrated with Jianhui Paper's Inspur ERP, which helped minimise manual dependence and personnel faults. The solution delivered a reduction in trim waste, a minimisation of pattern and knife changes, and a reduction in stock amount. Greycon's implementation provided the company with more time for business analysis and strategic thinking.
