By leveraging GRESB's framework, Keppel Land identified key areas for improvement, such as leadership accountability and energy consumption, and implemented targeted action plans. The use of GRESB enabled them to secure a sustainability-linked loan and make measurable progress, including committing to halve its Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2025 and achieve net zero by 2030.
