The Farm Soho, a SoHo coworking space for tech entrepreneurs, wanted to grow as large and rich a community as their space would allow while using technology to enable — not replace — human interaction. To eliminate staff time spent on door access and streamline visitor check-in they implemented Greetly’s iPad receptionist/digital visitor management system.
Greetly automated visitor check-ins, instant notifications and logging (including photos and eSignatures), freeing staff to focus on members and events and giving managers better insights into space use. As a result, The Farm Soho achieved more efficient space utilization, greater revenue, and the ability to reallocate resources to better serve their coworking community.
