St. Cloud Medical Group, a multi‑specialty practice serving four central Minnesota locations with 59 billable providers and over 30,000 annual visits, faced the challenge of replacing a paper‑driven, multi‑location workflow to improve clinical continuity, documentation, billing accuracy and qualify for Medicare meaningful‑use incentives.
