Valley Day and Night Clinic is a five-location, walk-in practice in southern Texas serving about 15,000 patients a month with family, workers’ comp and occupational health services. While using Greenway Health’s EHR for years, the clinic discovered—during a review for population health tools—that internal billing practices were undercoding claims and missing as much as $1M in potential revenue annually, and the billing team couldn’t keep up with rapid coding and policy changes.

The clinic partnered with Greenway Revenue Services for a 50-hour training program, a full process audit, and ongoing billing support. As a result denials fell from $100K to $19K per month (81% decrease), days in A/R dropped from 142 to 36 (75% decrease), reimbursements within 60 days rose from 50 to 75, and payroll costs declined about 12%, allowing staff to focus more on efficiencies and patient care.
