The Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology, one of the largest privately owned neurology practices in the U.S. with a main office, four satellites and 40 outreach locations, moved from paper charts to Greenway’s integrated PrimeSUITE EHR/PM in 2010. The clinic faced the challenge of tracking and proving Meaningful Use across many providers and sites—especially given a relatively flat staffing structure with few intermediaries between front desk and physicians.

Using PrimeSUITE’s Meaningful Use dashboard and integrated EHR/PM, MCN was able to monitor metrics at the practice, provider and patient level, enabling 31 of 34 physicians to attest to Stage 1 MU and receive incentive payments. The system also improved remote access to patient records, cut transcription costs by 45%, and supported multiple months of ≥99% error-free claims submissions, boosting revenue-cycle efficiency and cash flow.
