Munroe Regional Health System, the 421‑bed community-owned hospital in Ocala, teamed with the Marion County Medical Society and local physicians led by Dr. David Willis to tackle fragmented care for a large senior population. The challenge was widespread, multi‑provider care with low, inconsistent EHR adoption, duplicated tests and limited data sharing across practices and the hospital.

They implemented Greenway’s PrimeSUITE (and PrimeRESEARCH) as a hospital-hosted, cost‑shared EHR/PM solution with centralized training, implementation support and customizable shared clinical templates. The program brought nearly 40 providers online across specialties, sped meaningful‑use attestation, enabled clinical research participation, improved care coordination and physician alignment with the hospital, and produced measurable cost and workflow benefits while continuing to expand.
