Health Partners of Western Ohio is a growing Federally Qualified Health Center with more than 15 primary care practices focused on treating low‑income and underserved populations. As a National Quality Leader, it must maintain top clinical performance while expanding, but administrative and billing inefficiencies — including limited electronic claims posting/payment and a lack of timely analytics — threatened its ability to close care gaps and scale effectively.
The practice upgraded from Prime Suite to Greenway Health’s Intergy platform, adopting integrated EHR, practice management, electronic claims/payment and Greenway Clearinghouse EDI along with Intergy Practice Analytics. The result was streamlined claims processing, real‑time dashboards for population health management, improved electronic claims posting and payments, and greater administrative efficiency that supports continued growth while preserving high-quality care.
