Monongahela Valley Association (MVA) of Health Centers is a 14-provider Federally Qualified Health Center serving Fairmont, W.Va., that faced a roughly 30% drop in patient visits in early 2021 and rapidly changing reimbursement and regulatory requirements after COVID-19 struck.
