Implementing a new EHR amid the pandemic and still seeing revenue grow 150%

All Nations Health Center, an Urban Indian Health Program in Missoula, Montana that became an FQHC and expanded into primary care under new leadership, faced a key operational challenge in 2019–2020: replace an outdated RPMS EHR with a user-friendly system just as the COVID‑19 pandemic hit. The planned Intergy go‑live in March 2020 had to proceed remotely, creating extra pressure to train staff, maintain services, and preserve revenue during an uncertain time.

All Nations proceeded with extensive pre‑work and launched Intergy alongside a partnership with Greenway Revenue Services for billing; after a brief one‑month dip they were back to full operations by May. The combined solution improved documentation and billing efficiency, drove an 88% increase in monthly billing, limited 2020 revenue loss to 4.5% during the pandemic, and ultimately produced a 150% revenue increase in 2020 versus 2018—allowing the clinic to add staff and plan a larger facility to serve more patients.
