Flexible solutions help multi-faceted practice serve over 26,000 patients

HealthLinc is a patient-centered medical home serving more than 26,000 patients across northern Indiana with 65 practitioners in primary care, dental, behavioral health, vision, pediatrics and obstetrics, plus a mobile van for underserved communities. To deliver holistic, coordinated care, the organization needed to eliminate information silos and ensure clinical and administrative data were available across clinics and the mobile unit.

Partnering with Greenway Health for nearly 15 years, HealthLinc implemented and customized Intergy EHR, billing, analytics and patient-portal tools across medical, dental and behavioral services — including integration on the mobile van. The result: faster documentation through specialty templates, real-time operational and financial reporting, increased efficiency and flexibility, a drop in no-shows from about 25% to 20% after adding texting and automated reminders, and a ready foundation for value-based care.
