Coeur d’Alene Pediatrics Prepares for the Future with Intergy

Coeur d’Alene Pediatrics, the largest pediatric clinic in Idaho and a Level 3 PCMH serving North Idaho, Western Montana and parts of Eastern Washington, was growing rapidly but constrained by an aging practice management system. Manual workflows, duplicate patient charts across locations and administrative inefficiencies made opening a third site impractical without a technology upgrade.

The clinic implemented Greenway Health’s Intergy EHR and Practice Management with the Intergy Practice Portal to unify operations across three locations. The change eliminated duplicate charts, centralized claims and billing, enabled a nurse call center (saving on a new phone system), drove patient self-service (about 15% portal adoption), helped meet Meaningful Use requirements and yielded $300,000 in Stage 1 attestation incentives.
