Seven Oaks Women’s Center, an eight-physician OB/GYN practice in San Antonio and a long-time Greenway PrimeSUITE user, faced a care-coordination problem: Methodist Hospital’s EHR would not accept electronic records from dissimilar systems, so critical patient information was sent by fax—often delayed, incomplete, or hard to locate—hindering timely, high-quality care for about a thousand births a year.
