Clinical Urology Associates, a high‑volume, multi‑location urology practice in Alabama, faced major revenue-cycle disruptions in late 2023–early 2024 after losing a key coder and then being hit by the February 2024 Change Healthcare cyberattack, which halted Medicare claims and delayed major payer remittances. Those simultaneous staffing and payer interruptions threatened cash flow and daily operations across their four locations.

Working with Greenway Revenue Services, the practice implemented hands-on contingency measures—manual payment tracking and posting, paper claim submissions, payer reenrollment, and addition of outsourced Charge Posting using daily superbills and custom workflows—to restore and stabilize operations.
