Hypertherm advances sustainability & supply chain data with software

Hypertherm, a global industrial manufacturer, faced challenges in collecting and managing its extensive environmental and supply chain data. The company struggled with inefficient Excel-based processes and sought to improve data accuracy to support its sustainability goals and engage its internal teams and suppliers. To address this, Hypertherm partnered with vendor Greenstone and implemented its Enterprise sustainability reporting software and SupplierPortal sustainable supply chain software.

Greenstone's solution involved migrating Hypertherm's data into its software, training key staff, and creating a new supplier assessment benchmark. This enabled Hypertherm to streamline data collection across its 16 global sites and achieve greater transparency in its supply chain. The result was quicker access to accurate data, which was instrumental in setting ambitious 2030 goals, increasing company-wide engagement, and proactively identifying and remediating supplier risks.
