ReachNow, BMW’s new free-floating car-sharing service, chose Seattle as its debut market and faced a crowded, competitive launch. GreenRubino helped overcome the challenge of introducing a new brand, city, and technology while addressing concerns that a BMW-backed service would be too expensive for the millennial audience they wanted to reach.

GreenRubino created an integrated launch campaign that included outdoor and transit billboards, digital banners, homepage takeovers, collateral, social media, PR, retail signage, media planning, SEM, and a grand opening event. The results were strong: ReachNow went from zero to hundreds of registrants per hour at launch, and BMW’s goal of 5,000 downloads in the first month was doubled in half the time.
