PAWS, a nonprofit focused on rehabilitating wildlife and helping homeless cats and dogs find homes, needed a better digital experience from GreenRubino. Their website was not mobile-friendly, which was a major problem because 57% of traffic came from mobile devices and visitors struggled to browse adoptable animals or make donations on their phones. The project centered on web design and development.

GreenRubino researched the organization’s needs, then redesigned the site architecture and UX/UI to create a responsive, scalable website with modular content, subtle animations, and streamlined donation and adoption flows. The new system improved storytelling and made mobile donations easier, helping PAWS increase engagement and fundraising. Since launch, bounce rates dropped 16% and page views rose more than 20%, giving PAWS a stronger platform to support its mission.
