GreenRoad Technologies deployed the GreenRoad system fleetwide with a holistic rollout—steering committees, depot training, leaderboards, “GreenRoad Champions” and Blink integration—to make scores transparent and coach drivers. Within four months the company safety score fell from the 50–60 range to 19 (a 65% improvement in safety events), improved training and engagement, and set the stage to leverage better safety performance for reduced insurance costs.
