Philip Morris Singapore, a leading tobacco company committed to improving safety and sustainability, wanted to raise its fleet safety standards in 2018. To achieve this, Philip Morris Singapore partnered with GreenRoad Technologies and deployed the GreenRoad Drive™ Driver Safety Platform to reduce accidents and promote safer, more fuel-efficient driving.

GreenRoad Technologies implemented a comprehensive solution — real-time coach‑in‑the‑cab LED feedback, granular driver behaviour monitoring, the GreenRoad Drive™ mobile app, manager dashboards, driver engagement tools and tailored training — using a “nudge theory” approach to change habits. The result: traffic incidents fell by more than 50% in the first year, drivers embraced the program, and Philip Morris Singapore plans to expand GreenRoad’s technology across other fleets.
