Costa Express - Customer Case Study

Costa Express, the self-service coffee bar arm of Costa Coffee, operates 185 vehicles in the UK and services over 10,500 machines. Seeking to replace an older tracking system in 2015, Costa Express selected GreenRoad Technologies and deployed the GreenRoad Edge Platform / Driver Behaviour Solution (including Automated Driver Coaching, Driver Engagement, Gamification and Fleet Elite) to gain visibility into driver behaviour, improve safety, reduce costs and meet environmental goals.
