ComfortDelGro Australia Raises Safety Bar With Next-Generation Driver Safety Telematics

ComfortDelGro Australia faced the challenge of improving driver safety across its fleet of about 1,700 buses while securing support from mechanics, installers, unions, and drivers. GreenRoad Technologies provided next-generation driver safety telematics to help CDC Australia raise its safety standards and support a “coaching not catching” approach.

GreenRoad Technologies led the rollout with a joint implementation team, trained CDC’s mechanics and installers, and used ERP project management to coordinate deployment across eight depots in three months. The result was a smooth launch supported by union buy-in and driver communications, with the system first run in blind mode before going live to encourage safer driving habits and reduce collisions.
