H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center, a nonprofit leader in oncology treatment and research, faced inefficient, time‑consuming manual processes for participant reimbursement—weekly purchase and tracking of vendor gift cards, manual grant charging, security risks from stored cards, and difficulty meeting diverse patient payment preferences.
