CHDI Foundation runs Enroll‑HD, a large, international longitudinal study for Huntington’s Disease with more than 230 sites across 29 countries. Managing site and patient payments with manual paper checks created heavy administrative burden, foreign‑exchange and local‑compliance complexity, limited tracking, and difficulty aggregating payment data for Sunshine Act reporting.

To solve this, CHDI implemented Greenphire’s eClinicalGPS for automated site/investigator payments and the ClinCard System for real‑time participant travel reimbursements in local currencies.
