A Greenphire Case Study
Greenphire deployed its ClinCard solution in a multicenter Alzheimer’s study across the U.S. and Canada to address a common industry challenge: recruiting and retaining participants through long, increasingly spaced study visits. With 2,500 patients enrolled at 214 sites, the trial risked significant drop-off in the latter visits—a major obstacle to developing new Alzheimer’s treatments.
ClinCard was provided to 1,000 patients and helped reduce late-stage dropouts from more than 130 to 60, lifting overall retention from 75% to 85% (nearly a 10% increase). By removing financial barriers and simplifying payments for patients and caregivers, the solution improved the participant experience and supported stronger study completion rates.
