Weeks Medical Center, a 25-bed hospital serving northern New Hampshire, needed a fast, reliable wireless network for nurse carts, laptops, tablets, and wireless infusion pumps. Its aging 32-node system was struggling to keep up with growing demand, affecting coverage and access times for critical mobile medical devices.

GreenPages Technology Solution installed a new Aruba-based wireless network and, after a follow-up survey, added the additional access points needed to meet demand. GreenPages also implemented supporting VMware infrastructure, upgraded servers, and improved storage, resulting in a 55-node system with better coverage, simpler management, and stronger performance that could handle traffic spikes, including a test with 45 pumps on one node.
