Greater New Bedford Community Health Center, a growing healthcare provider in New Bedford, Massachusetts, needed to replace its aging phone system while its main building was being renovated and its operations expanded across a satellite location. With 236 employees and critical call-routing needs for medical staff, the center turned to GreenPages Technology Solution for a more modern, flexible communications platform.

GreenPages Technology Solution designed and implemented a Cisco-based solution that included IP phones, wireless access points, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, and video surveillance, along with network, firewall, WLAN, and switch setup. The new system improved call mobility, voicemail, auto-attendant routing, and backup resiliency, while GreenPages’ training and installation support helped staff adapt quickly and eliminated the need for costly outside help during moves and reconfigurations.
