VicSuper, a financial services organisation with more than 20 years’ experience serving 240,000 stakeholders, faced a legacy 15‑year‑old intranet and paper‑based HR processes that left its HR team burdened by transactional work. Executive Manager People & Culture Jennifer Lord tasked Ross Williamson to drive a digital transformation, and they selected GreenOrbit as the core intranet solution to modernize communication, information and people processes.
Using GreenOrbit, VicSuper deployed a new intranet that centralized communications, replaced disparate tools (PDF/email/Yammer), and converted paper forms into searchable online forms and automated workflows. The GreenOrbit implementation — rolled out to ~250 users — eliminated manual printing/signing and sped service delivery, improved consistency and discoverability of information, reduced paper use, and liberated HR to move from administrative tasks to strategic work.
