GreenM was engaged to build a Microsoft 365-native agentic AI platform that would operate securely within the clinic's own cloud tenant to address these challenges.

GreenM designed and built a foundational platform inside ROC Clinic's environment, featuring a searchable knowledge layer and reusable skills that connect to the clinic's core systems. The solution includes AI agents that require human approval for consequential actions, with an HR assistant and a quotation agent delivered first for testing. The platform is designed for compliance and built to expand, with later waves planned for clinical administration. As a result, ROC Clinic now has a working foundation and its first agents in testing, setting the stage for improved efficiency and reduced operational bottlenecks.
